Once you have an idea of the trek you're interested in fill out our online form. In your inquiry, please include:

Your preferred trek package (or a general idea of what you're looking for).

Your desired travel dates (or a range of dates).

Number of people in your group.

Any specific interests, questions, or special requests.

Our team will review your inquiry and get back to you within 24 hours with all the details and confirmation of dates. We're happy to answer any questions you have at this stage!

Once you are happy with the dates and package we will require a 20% deposit, payable securely online via Stripe. The remaining balance will then be due 24 hours before your adventure begins.

Upon your arrival in Sumatra, most likely at Kualanamu International Airport (KNO) in Medan, our team will be on hand to greet you if you have booked a pickup.Otherwise, we will meet you in Bukit Lawang to start your incredible trekking experience!
